Are Equine Interactions covered by insurance?
No, Equine Interactions are never billed through insurance and are direct pay only.
What insurances do you accept? What billing methods do you accept?
Life Journey accepts most major commercial and Medicaid insurances, we also offer direct pay and accept HSA.
How do I request copies of my medical records to be sent to my Primary Care Physician, School, or Employer?
To request copies of your medical records to be sent to another person or organization you will need to complete a Release of Information form online via the patient portal or in person at one of our office locations.
